45–70 min to central London on Elizabeth Line / Heathrow Express

- Do not walk between terminals. A free train joins them. Check the terminal on the boarding pass before you move.
- Into town
- Elizabeth line is the cheaper city train. Heathrow Express is faster and costs more. The Tube is the third option.
- Typical cost
- Check the fare that morning. Express is the expensive one.
Gatwick · LGW
30–50 min on Gatwick Express
- Inside
- North and South terminals. A free shuttle train joins them.
- Into town
- Gatwick Express or the normal Southern train to London. A taxi is rarely worth it.
- Typical cost
- The normal train is cheaper than the Express. Check both.
Manchester · MAN
25–40 min to the city
- Inside
- Three terminals joined by a skywalk and a shuttle. Trains leave from the station under the airport.
- Into town
- Train to Manchester Piccadilly, or a taxi if you are going elsewhere.
- Typical cost
- The train is a few pounds. A taxi into the centre is often about £20–30.

- A card lounge: open Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass and search the airport code.
