- Three terminals. A free bus runs between them. Follow the train signs inside your terminal.
- Into town
- The monorail or Keikyu train. Buy a ticket or use a Suica card. Grab is not the plan in Tokyo.
- Typical cost
- The train is the cheap one. A taxi into the centre can pass ¥8,000.
Narita · NRT
55–90 min on N’EX
- Inside
- Two terminals, joined by a free shuttle. Trains leave from both.
- Into town
- Narita Express or the Keisei Skyliner. A limousine bus if the hotel is not near a station.
- Typical cost
- The fast trains are often about ¥3,000. Check the board. They are not the same price.
Kansai · KIX
45–70 min to Namba / Kyoto
- Inside
- One terminal. The Haruka and Nankai trains are signed from arrivals.
- Into town
- Train to Osaka, or Haruka if you are going on to Kyoto. A taxi is the slow expensive choice.
- Typical cost
- Budget the train, not a car.

- Business class or airline status: follow that airline’s lounge signs.
- A card lounge: open Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass and search the airport code.
- Pay at the door: the price is on the desk, not on this page.
